The Starting Point
Before 0700 began as a philosophy long before it became a brand.
For over two decades, it's founder, Victor practiced under his own name. His work spoke for itself, growing, disciplined, and deeply trusted. Built through word of mouth, long-term client relationships, and results that spoke for themselves.
As his career evolved, so did the scope of his work. What began in naturopahy and holistic health expanded into sports science, movement, and performance. Yet his presence remained largely invisible. The work was known, but only to those already inside it. There was no clear place for others to understand, share or access what he offered.
The turning point came when Victor began appearing in media interviews. For the first time, a broader audience was asking where they could find him, and there wasn't a clear answer.
The name Before 0700 came from a phrase Victor often shared with clients and friends when asked how he maintained balance, strength and consistency in his own life:
"I get things done before 0700."
Before 0700 Holistic Health emerged as a philosophy centered on preparation, discipline, and living with intention before the day begins. What started as a personal rhythm became the seed of a brand, one designed to carry meaning far beyond a single service, and to support the next chapter of his work with clarity and visibility.

Before any visual decisions were made, we focused on alignment.
Together, we explored what Before 0700 truly represented, not just for Victor, but for the people he serves. The work centered on defining the deeper transformation his clients experience, the values guiding his approach to wellness, and the tone and energy that set his practice apart.
Rather than treating the brand as something to design, we approached it as something to articulate, an identity shaped by discipline, care, and quiet confidence.
This phase established a clear internal foundation, ensuring that every future expression of the brand would be guided by what was true, aligned and long-lasting.

Once clarity was established, we began giving it form.
The goal wasn't to create something flashy or overproduced, but to build a visual and verbal system that could support Victor's work with integrity and longevity.
We developed a complete identity system designed to grow alongside the brand, including:
A logo and brandmark system balancing strength and calm
A color palette and typography system reflecting discipline, balance, and vitality
A tone of voice and messaging framework expressing expertise with warmth and approachability
A strategic brand playbook translating insight into practical, everyday use
Brand touchpoints spanning print, product labels, merchandise, and digital mockups.
For a practice that had never relied on a public-facing brand or digital presence, this became the gateway into visibility, a presence that finally matched the depth of the work behind it.
This identity wasn't just asethethic.
It was built to support Victor's next chapter from holistic practice to education, sports science and thought leadership.
