As I reflect on my son Kaden turning 16 today, I can't help but think about the parallels between raising him and building Intrinsic Maven. Both journeys have been filled with ups and downs, moments of joy, and moments of struggle. And as Kaden steps into this new chapter of his life, I’m reminded of how important it is to embrace growth, resilience, and most importantly, staying true to what matters.

But just like with Kaden, there are challenges that come along the way—moments of doubt, setbacks, and the unexpected.
